3.Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Injury Ranker.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Activity conducted through your account
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

You may not impersonate another person or create a profile for another attorney unless you have appropriate authorization to do so.

All Injury Ranker accounts are provided and administered by Injury Ranker.

4.Attorney Profiles

You are responsible for all information you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available through your attorney profile ("User Content").

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to publish the information.
  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have permission to use any photographs, logos, testimonials, reviews, case results, or other materials you upload.
  • Your content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Your profile complies with applicable laws, regulations, professional rules, and attorney-advertising requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate and current.

5.Attorney Advertising and Professional Responsibility

Injury Ranker provides technology and marketing infrastructure for publishing professional information.

Injury Ranker does not determine whether particular attorney content complies with the professional-conduct or attorney-advertising rules applicable to you.

Attorney advertising requirements vary by jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your profile, case results, testimonials, statements, claims, disclaimers, credentials, descriptions, and other content comply with all applicable:

  • Rules of professional conduct
  • Attorney advertising rules
  • Bar requirements
  • Ethics rules
  • Laws
  • Regulations
  • Required disclaimers

You should not publish statements that are false, misleading, deceptive, unverifiable, or prohibited by applicable professional rules.

6.Case Results and Testimonials

If you publish case results, settlements, verdicts, testimonials, reviews, awards, or similar information, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish that information and that its presentation complies with applicable law and professional rules.

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

You are responsible for including any disclaimers required by your jurisdiction.

Injury Ranker does not independently verify case results, testimonials, reviews, awards, or professional credentials submitted by users unless expressly stated otherwise.

7.No Attorney-Client Relationship

Injury Ranker is a technology and marketing service.

Injury Ranker is a software and marketing product.

Injury Ranker is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal referrals, or legal services.

Use of Injury Ranker does not create an attorney-client relationship between Injury Ranker, any user, or any website visitor.

The presence of an attorney profile on Injury Ranker does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, verification, or referral by Injury Ranker.

Users and visitors are responsible for independently evaluating attorneys and legal information.

8.No Guarantee of AI Visibility or Recommendations

Injury Ranker does not guarantee that creating or publishing an attorney profile will cause any attorney to:

  • Appear in an AI-generated answer
  • Be mentioned by an AI platform
  • Be cited by an AI platform
  • Be recommended by ChatGPT
  • Be recommended by Claude
  • Be recommended by Gemini
  • Be recommended by Perplexity
  • Rank higher in Google or another search engine
  • Receive additional website traffic
  • Generate leads
  • Generate clients
  • Generate revenue
  • Improve search rankings
  • Achieve any particular business outcome

AI platforms and search engines are operated by independent third parties.

Their systems, algorithms, models, retrieval methods, crawling practices, rankings, outputs, and policies may change at any time.

Results may vary depending on factors including queries, prompts, location, model, platform, user context, timing, competition, available sources, and other factors outside our control.

Injury Ranker is intended to make attorney information more structured, accessible, and understandable. It does not guarantee how any third party will use that information.

9.AI Crawler Analytics

Injury Ranker may provide information or analytics regarding visits to published profiles from known or suspected AI crawlers, search-engine crawlers, bots, or other automated systems.

Crawler identification may rely on technical information such as user agents, IP addresses, request headers, reverse DNS information, or other indicators.

Such analytics may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, misclassified, or inaccurate.

A detected crawler visit does NOT necessarily mean:

  • An AI model learned from the profile
  • Information was added to an AI model
  • The attorney will appear in AI results
  • The profile was indexed
  • The profile will be cited
  • The attorney will be recommended
  • The profile influenced an AI-generated response

Crawler analytics are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of AI visibility or performance.

10.Public Nature of Published Profiles

When you publish an attorney profile through Injury Ranker, you understand and agree that the profile becomes publicly accessible on the internet.

Public profiles may be crawled, indexed, cached, copied, referenced, linked, summarized, processed, or archived by third parties.

Injury Ranker cannot control how independent search engines, AI systems, archives, crawlers, or other third parties process information after it becomes publicly available.

Removing or unpublishing a profile from Injury Ranker does not guarantee that copies previously obtained by third parties will be removed.

11.Billing and Payments

Injury Ranker manages subscriptions, billing, payments, refunds, credits, invoices, receipts, and related payment administration for the Service.

Any current or future fees, subscriptions, recurring charges, one-time charges, upgrades, add-ons, or other amounts associated with Injury Ranker will be billed, processed, and administered by Injury Ranker or a payment processor acting on our behalf.

By purchasing a paid Injury Ranker service, you understand and agree that:

  • Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment processor acting on our behalf.

If recurring subscriptions are offered, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method associated with your account according to the applicable subscription terms until you cancel.

Specific prices, billing frequencies, cancellation terms, and refund terms may be presented at checkout or within the applicable plan details.

Applicable taxes may be added to the amounts charged where required by law.

If the Service is currently offered without charge, this section applies to any future paid services we introduce.

13.Third-Party Use and Reselling

Injury Ranker is primarily designed for attorneys creating and maintaining their own professional profiles.

Unless otherwise restricted by Injury Ranker, a user may assist another attorney with creating or maintaining a profile if the user has appropriate authorization from that attorney.

Injury Ranker does not currently operate a formal Injury Ranker reseller program, agency program, or white-label program unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you independently charge another person or business for services involving Injury Ranker, you are solely responsible for:

You may not remove, obscure, or misrepresent our ownership of Injury Ranker.

14.Intellectual Property

Injury Ranker, including its software, code, interface, design, branding, technology, features, and other proprietary materials, is owned by Injury Ranker or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Injury Ranker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Injury Ranker for its intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Injury Ranker or any Injury Ranker intellectual property to you.

15.Your Content

You retain ownership of User Content you submit to Injury Ranker, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting User Content, you grant Injury Ranker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, publish, transmit, and otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide Injury Ranker.

For content you choose to publish publicly, this license includes making the content available through public webpages and technical infrastructure intended to permit discovery and access by search engines, AI systems, web crawlers, and website visitors.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, security, billing and accounting records, dispute resolution, or where copies have already been obtained by third parties.

16.Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or other feedback regarding Injury Ranker or other Injury Ranker products, you grant Injury Ranker permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

17.Profile Removal and Content Moderation

Injury Ranker may remove, restrict, unpublish, or modify access to Injury Ranker content or profiles when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

  • Comply with law
  • Respond to legitimate rights complaints
  • Protect users
  • Protect Injury Ranker
  • Address misleading or fraudulent content
  • Enforce these Terms
  • Prevent abuse

If you believe a profile contains inaccurate information about you, infringes your rights, or was published without authorization, contact contact@atypesolutions.com.

We may investigate the request and take action we consider appropriate.

18.Third-Party Services

Injury Ranker may depend on third-party infrastructure, hosting providers, databases, authentication services, analytics providers, payment processors, domain providers, APIs, and other technology.

Third-party services may experience outages, change their functionality, change their terms, or discontinue services.
